History
How the adventure started
About a decade ago we took over this wonderful piece of land – initially an empty, barren area marked by the passage of time. With dedication and determination, we transformed it into a place of beauty and comfort – a place called Eleonas, reflecting the connection between the past and the present.
Transformation
Upon taking over the land, only two old buildings were there, silent witnesses of days gone by. Over time, we carefully restored and modernized these two houses. Our approach was to preserve tradition while creating modern comfort for our guests. The houses, Katoikia and Rakidio, became jewels in the interplay of old and new.
Looking to the future, we planned and created two additional buildings: Estia and Oikia. Our vision was to offer our guests high privacy, modern comfort, and the elegance of traditional Cycladic architecture. Each house was designed to be a personal retreat. Both buildings were equipped with carefully designed swimming pools and charming courtyards. The walls were crafted from the stone obtained on the property – a symbol of the close connection between place and architecture.

The result
A generous garden was established as a shared retreat, housing more than 15 thousand
plants – a tribute to the beauty of nature and the bond with the island.
The result of this commitment is Eleonas Paros Villas, a place that gives the feeling of
spending a vacation in one's own home. Not extravagant luxury, but a high level of comfort
that imparts a sense of warmth and well-being to the guests. Our buildings are not
ostentatious structures but finely tuned constructions that harmoniously blend into the
surroundings and respect local architecture.
