The Buildings
In all our houses, we have implemented exemplary insulation. This not only creates a pleasant indoor climate for our guests but also contributes to reducing energy consumption. The doors and windows, crafted from carefully selected wood, lend natural warmth and beauty to the rooms while supporting energy efficiency.

All work in our houses has been carried out by local master craftsmen. This collaborative effort not only ensures the quality of the work but also supports the local economy and promotes traditional craftsmanship.
Power Supply, Heating, Cooling
The photovoltaic system we have built is the cornerstone of our autonomous power supply. It allows us to harness clean energy from sunlight and independently power our houses.

The use of heat pumps to regulate the indoor climate in summer and winter also contributes to our environmentally friendly approach as they operate without CO2 emissions.
Irrigation, (waste) water management
Our irrigation strategy reflects our sustainable mindset. We collect rainwater from open areas (e.g., roofs) and store it in large cisterns. Through our own water well, we supplement the water reservoir during dry summer months. These measures ensure that our facility is supplied with sufficient water while promoting responsible water usage. Our environmental responsibility is also evident in our biological wastewater treatment. This ensures that our wastewater is processed optimally and even contributes to underground irrigation of our trees, creating a closed-loop system.
