Upon entering the ELEONAS estate, you can park your car under the expansive pergola. Just beyond lies Villa ESTIA. Immediately, you feel the vastness of the place while realizing that an accommodation perfectly integrated into the picturesque setting of the Cyclades awaits you.

The immediate outdoor area of the villa is divided into two sections, each offering privacy and relaxation—one in the rear (entrance to the villa) and another in the front (poolside).

The private 14-meter-long swimming pool, crafted with exquisite Italian mosaic, provides a breathtaking view of the Aegean Sea, surrounded by loungers and a spacious pergola inviting relaxation on sunny poolside days. An outdoor shower in the pool area is available.

Another open seating area beckons you to enjoy the evenings and witness the undisturbed view of the night sky directly from there. A generous marble table shaded with ample space right in front of the pool can be utilized for breakfast, lunch, dinner, or work.

Within the private, approximately 150-square-meter courtyard, you'll find a generous orchard (including orange, grapefruit, and mango trees) accompanied by another over 3-meter-long marble table and a gas grill.

The house features 3 bedrooms: two with double beds and one with 2 single beds. Each room comes with spacious, high-quality wardrobes, and partially a workspace. It boasts 3 bathrooms, 2 of which are en suite, all constructed with high-quality materials such as local green marble. In the master bathroom (green bedroom), there is also a discreet outdoor shower accessible solely through the adjacent en suite bathroom, ensuring complete privacy.

The large, fully equipped kitchen completely covered with ceramic provides all the amenities you require.
