Upon entering the ELEONAS estate, you have the option to park your vehicle in the parking area. Directly behind the traditional wall lie the entrance and the private courtyard of KATOIKIA. You'll immediately notice that this accommodation harmoniously integrates into the picturesque setting of the Cyclades.

The immediate outdoor area of KATOIKIA comprises a spacious courtyard adorned with large trees offering natural shade. Here, you'll find a generous table, perfect for breakfast, lunch, dinner, or work. A seating area along with loungers invites you to relax and relish the view of the Aegean Sea.
