Outdoor Area


ESTIA outdoor spaces are constructed to match the natural surroundings. The outside space, a private courtyard, is divided into two areas, all of which offer privacy and recreation, one in the back (entrance to the villa) and one in the front (pool-area). The private swimming pool with its amazing views of the Aegean Sea includes loungers and a spacious pergola for sunny days by the pool. A spacious marble table with shade and plenty of space just in front of the pool can be used for breakfast, lunch, dinner or for work. You will find a gas grill in the back of the house within your own courtyard.

Indoor Area


The ESTIA interiors are a perfect blend of comfort, functionality, simplicity and traditional design. The house features 2 bedrooms: one with a double bed and one with 2 single beds. The two bathrooms are en suite and built with high-quality materials and the kitchen is fully equipped. The architecture and location of the house as well as the selected materials help you feel comfortable and home. Top Tips


If you wish to leave the privacy of your villa for a while, we suggest visiting Lolantonis beach, less than 10 minutes on foot from your luxury Paros villa. This is one of the most superb Paros beaches, distinguished by its unique wind-protected location and crystal-clear waters. There you will find both natural shaded areas and a beach bar.
